RPA Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced RPA Team Lead to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development, testing, and deployment of RPA solutions using platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

Your primary objective will be to collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities and ensure the design and implementation of RPA solutions align with business goals.

You will lead a team of RPA developers and analysts, mentoring them in best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies. Additionally, you will oversee the management of RPA projects, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and tracking project milestones.

A critical aspect of this role is conducting process assessments to analyze business requirements and identify processes suitable for automation. You will also conduct regular reviews and performance tuning of implemented bots to ensure optimal performance.

To excel in this position, you must have strong hands-on experience with RPA tools, expertise in process automation, workflow design, and business process management. Your programming skills should include languages such as VB.NET, C#, JavaScript, or similar.

Furthermore, you will need to possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.

Prior experience with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies, RPA certification, and knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and database management (SQL, Oracle) would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development, testing, and deployment of RPA solutions using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
  • Mentor RPA developers and analysts in best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies.
  • Oversee the management of RPA projects, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and tracking project milestones.
  • Conduct process assessments to analyze business requirements and identify processes suitable for automation.
  • Regularly review and tune the performance of implemented bots.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in RPA development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar.
  • Expertise in process automation, workflow design, and business process management.
  • Programming skills in VB.NET, C#, JavaScript, or similar.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead a team, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • RPA certification.
  • Experience integrating RPA bots with AI, machine learning, or cognitive automation tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and database management (SQL, Oracle).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for RPA bots.
