Job Title: Property Valuation Specialist

About This Role

We're seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Property Valuation Specialist to evaluate property investment opportunities with precision and professionalism.

You'll be responsible for reviewing deals, calculating returns, checking refurbishment estimates, and deciding whether deals stack — which means your analysis will directly impact real-money decisions.

This is a secure, full-time remote role with a respected UK property investment company, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in accuracy, logic, and constant improvement.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Valuing residential and commercial properties
  • Reviewing floorplans, EPCs, comparables, agent documents, and other key information
  • Calculating key figures: ROI, yield, refurb costs, profit, GDV
  • Using and maintaining our deal analysis spreadsheet tools
  • Producing written deal summaries with go/no-go recommendations
  • Triple-checking every detail before submitting your work
  • Taking ownership of your analysis — your calls matter
  • Listening to feedback and improving with every deal you review
  • Updating deals in CRM / deal tracker systems accurately

Requirements:

  • You'll be fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • You love working with numbers, logic, and structured thinking
  • You have experience in property, finance, or detailed analysis work
  • You understand terms like yield, refurb budget, ROCE, GDV, LTV, etc.
  • You are meticulous — you check your work three times, not once
  • You can handle important decisions under pressure
  • You welcome feedback and constantly aim to improve
  • You have strong integrity — you're careful because the numbers matter
