Job Description

The role of a Digital Workplace Specialist involves leveraging technology to optimize employee experience and productivity. This entails developing automation solutions, integrating AI-driven systems, and orchestrating workflows across various platforms.

A key aspect of this position is ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards in solution design. The specialist must collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, drive adoption, and continuously explore emerging technologies and new use cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (Power Platform) and custom apps using Power Apps to digitize and streamline processes.
  • Building and enhancing interactive dashboards and analytics solutions using Power BI for data-driven decision-making.
  • Creating, configuring, and deploying Copilot-based AI agents for productivity, insights, and self-service use cases.
  • Integrating AI models (including Azure OpenAI Service) into enterprise workflows for enhanced decision-making and automation.
  • Implementing intelligent orchestration to connect different workplace systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Azure services) for a unified employee experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 7+ years in Digital Workplace, End User Computing or Automation/AI Solutions development.
  • Proven track record of building automation solutions, AI integrations, and workplace orchestration in enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, endpoint management, collaboration tools, automation/orchestration, and security compliance.
  • Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making capabilities.
