About This Role

We're seeking an experienced dairy operations expert to lead the establishment, commissioning, and smooth running of our new dairy processing center in Hyderabad.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strategic guidance in setting up the new dairy processing center from plant design to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish process procedures for milk procurement, chilling, pasteurization, homogenization, packaging, and quality assurance.
  • Select, install, and optimize equipment in coordination with technical teams and vendors.
  • Develop supply chain and distribution processes for efficient milk and dairy product delivery.
  • Train and mentor staff on best practices in dairy plant operations.
  • Provide expertise in ERP integration for procurement, processing, sales, and finance modules.
  • Monitor plant efficiency, yield, and quality using established KPIs and dashboards.
  • Advise management on new product development and diversification opportunities.
  • Act as a liaison between management, technical consultants, vendors, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of experience in Dairy Processing, Operations, or Plant Management.
  • Proven track record of establishing or managing dairy processing plants (medium to large scale).
  • Strong knowledge of milk procurement systems, processing technologies, quality control, and dairy product lines.

You'll bring deep expertise in dairy industry operations, plant setup, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day management of milk procurement, processing, and distribution.

With your extensive experience and skills, you'll be able to provide strategic guidance, develop process procedures, select and optimize equipment, and train staff.
