Seeking a visionary AI expert to lead the development of next-generation finance and accounting solutions.

We require an exceptional individual with extensive experience in building large-scale LLMs, RAG pipelines, and autonomous agents.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and evaluation, as well as the ability to mentor and grow a team of AI engineers.

Key responsibilities include partnering closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex use cases into scalable solutions.

  • Design and develop cutting-edge AI platforms that power finance and accounting applications.
  • Define best practices for code generation and prompting techniques, ensuring high-quality models and agents.
  • Mentor and guide technical design reviews, code quality, and knowledge sharing among team members.
  • Collaborate with product, data, and customer teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions that meet business needs.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in backend service development using Python, Node.js, or similar technologies.
  • Deep understanding and intuition with Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Cutting-edge knowledge of code generation and prompting techniques.
  • Experience building agents and tooling for agents.
  • Expertise in API design (REST, GraphQL) and relational databases.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
