Key Responsibilities

  • Drive visual merchandising initiatives, creating engaging product displays and on-brand store layouts that captivate customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial targets are met.
  • Implement security measures and loss prevention strategies to safeguard inventory and assets.
Customer Experience:
  • Design and execute processes to elevate the overall customer experience, boosting satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Deliver exceptional in-store experiences, leveraging product knowledge, assistance, and issue resolution to foster lasting relationships with customers.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure store success, providing regular insights to senior management.
People Management:

Requirements
