Job Profile

As a Treasury Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing external stakeholders, raising funds, ensuring compliance, and handling cash flow and liability management. Your role will involve strategic planning, risk management, and financial analysis to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fundraising and relationship management with banks and financial institutions
  • Credit rating surveillance and compliance reporting
  • Debt servicing and liability management
  • Cash flow planning and audit coordination
  • Building and managing relationships with public sector undertakings (PSUs) and private banks
  • Preparing loan applications, CMA data, and documentation for disbursements
  • Coordinating with legal and compliance teams for transaction vetting
  • Driving fund raising and accelerating debt raising process
  • Handling credit rating surveillance with multiple agencies
  • Arranging management calls, negotiating rating fee structures
  • Overseeing stock audits and charge creation/modification with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA)
  • Managing post-disbursement compliances and due diligence reports
  • Ensuring timely submission of regulatory returns to RBI, NHB, and other authorities
  • Managing liability dashboards, debt servicing, and investments in liquid funds/fixed deposits

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Postgraduate in Finance (MBA Finance preferred)
  • 7-12 years' experience in fundraising for non-banking financial companies (NBFCs)/housing finance companies (HFCs)
  • Strong skills in negotiation, relationship management, and problem-solving
  • Familiarity with NBFC/NHB regulations, Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS), and International GAAP
  • Knowledge of National Housing Bank (NHB) refinancing is an advantage
