Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight and management of multiple construction projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Development and implementation of strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Guidance and direction of Project Managers to meet tight schedules and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Monitoring of sub-vendor performance and assurance of efficient project execution.
  • Control of project costs and adherence to budget to maximize profit margins.
  • Analysis of financial data to identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Provision of technical support for various projects and complex challenges.
  • Building and maintenance of strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and transparency.
  • Mentorship and development of a skilled team, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
  • Overseeing accurate project documentation, handover processes, and assurance of compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
