Cybersecurity Architect Role

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing secure architectures for cloud and on-premises environments.

  • Developing security strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Designing and implementing secure networks, applications, and cloud architectures.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify security requirements and integrate security controls into the project lifecycle.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in cybersecurity and data management.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on cybersecurity.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing secure architectures for cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Hands-on experience with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.
  • Familiarity with cloud security, application, database, and API architecture best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert or AWS Certified Security - Specialty.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance requirements.
  • Understanding of IAM principles, including user provisioning, authentication, and authorization techniques.
  • Strong design knowledge and experience working with Trend Micro Vision One, XDR platform, email security, EDR, email security, PAM, IPS, WAF, and DLP technologies.

API Security:

  • Knowledge of API protocols, including REST, SOAP, and GraphQL.
  • Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, and API keys.
  • Implementing rate limiting, IP whitelisting, and DDoS protection.

Azure Architecture:

  • Proficiency with Azure services such as Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, and Azure Storage.
  • Understanding of Azure Virtual Networks, Subnets, and Network Security Groups.

Identity and Access Management (IAM):

  • Deep knowledge of Azure Active Directory (AAD), including user and group management, conditional access policies, and identity protection.
  • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) implementation and management.
  • Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration for applications using AAD.
