Backend Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished professional with extensive experience in building scalable web applications to join our development team as a Backend Specialist.

This role requires the ideal candidate to design, develop, and maintain complex web systems using PHP and modern technologies. They will also be responsible for creating robust database structures, writing clean code, and implementing DevOps best practices.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain scalable web applications using PHP and modern web technologies.
  • Create efficient MySQL database structures, queries, and performance tuning.
  • Build responsive user interfaces using jQuery and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Design and implement WordPress themes, plugins, and manage WordPress-based projects.
  • Develop high-quality applications using the CodeIgniter PHP framework.
  • Implement DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.
  • Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the full technology stack.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in full stack development.
  • Strong proficiency in PHP programming with object-oriented concepts.
  • Extensive knowledge of MySQL database design, optimization, and management.
  • Solid understanding of jQuery and JavaScript for frontend development.
  • Proven expertise in WordPress development including custom themes and plugins.
  • Hands-on experience with CodeIgniter framework for PHP development.
  • Strong DevOps skills including CI/CD implementation, version control (Git), and automated deployment.
  • Practical experience with AWS services including deployment, monitoring, and scaling applications.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services integration.
  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.
