Manufacturing PPC Engineer Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing PPC Engineer to support our production operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and executing production orders, preparing routing for new products, and controlling work-in-progress (WIP) materials.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Run planning worksheets in the system to ensure accurate production data.
  • Release production orders in the system on time to meet customer demands.
  • Prepare day-wise equipment/machine scheduling plans to maximize efficiency.
  • Take production/output receipts for workstations as per defined routing procedures.
  • Reschedule plans in case of backlogs or new sales requirements to maintain productivity.
  • Communicate variations in plan vs actual to related departments to ensure transparency.
  • Conduct DRM meetings and communicate key points to stakeholders.
  • Monitor timely and accurate PPC-related data to inform business decisions.
