Job Description

This is a full-time role involving complex financial analysis, building and maintaining accurate financial models, conducting thorough budgeting activities, and providing valuable analytical support to project teams.

Daily tasks include preparing comprehensive financial reports, monitoring project costs, and providing insights to support informed financial decision-making. Strong collaboration with internal departments ensures accurate financial planning and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Originate prospects and structure proposals/term sheets
  • Coordinate due diligence and manage lender/investor communications
  • Negotiate closing documentation and ensure post-closing covenants and reporting

Requirements

  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Finance, Financial Modeling, and Financial Analysis expertise
  • Experience in Budgeting and Proficiency in financial software and tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are an advantage
