We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant to work with our clients in various regions, delivering successful project outcomes and contributing to business growth.

  • Experience required: 5+ years as a MS D365 Finance & Operations implementation specialist, with a strong grasp of business processes.
  • The ideal candidate will configure and customize D365 F&O modules such as Sales, Finance, SCM, Procurement, Inventory, etc., ensuring seamless integration and efficient workflow.
  • Closely collaborate with the technical team to ensure proper implementation of solutions and participate in data migration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Key responsibilities include collaborating with clients globally, gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting functional specifications, and designing scalable solutions in D365 F&O.
  • Additionally, the consultant will configure and customize modules like Finance, Procurement & Sourcing, Accounts Receivable/Payable, General Ledger, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain Management.
  • Leading and participating in end-to-end implementation cycles, including requirement workshops, Fit-Gap analysis, testing, data migration, training, and post-go-live support are crucial tasks.
  • Work closely with technical consultants, developers, and integration teams to deliver robust solutions and provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure business continuity.
  • Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions and user training workshops, preparing project documentation, including Business Process Documents, Functional Design Documents, and Training Manuals.
  • Stay updated on Microsoft D365 F&O roadmap, new features, and best practices to recommend process improvements and act as a subject matter expert (SME) in Finance & Operations modules.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience as a D365 F&O (or AX) Functional Consultant is essential.
  • Strong expertise in key modules, including Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash & Bank Management), Supply Chain Management (Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Sales & Distribution), and experience in Fit-Gap analysis, business process mapping, and solution design.
  • Proficiency in preparing functional documentation and test scripts, along with strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead small to medium implementation projects, with experience in global rollouts and multi-country implementations.
