Backend Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced Backend Engineer with extensive experience in Strapi CMS to fill a key position at our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop robust RESTful APIs using Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms, ensuring security best practices and API governance.
  • Mentor and guide teams of developers to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Collaborate with frontend teams using React frameworks for end-to-end project delivery.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with other headless CMS platforms such as Contentful, Sanity, and Prismic.
  • Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React for seamless collaboration.

About the Role:

To succeed in this position, you should have:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer, with at least 2+ years focused on Strapi CMS in production environments.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.
  • Proven experience designing and scaling RESTful APIs.
  • Deep understanding of authentication/authorization, security best practices, and API governance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
