Regional Project Manager Job Description

The Regional AV Project Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing end-to-end delivery of audiovisual integration projects across the region. This encompasses full project ownership from planning and execution to final handover, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and technically superior results.

This involves leading and managing AV integration projects from initiation to completion on time, within scope, and within budget. The successful candidate will maintain strong client communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle as the primary point of contact.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead and manage AV integration projects from initiation to completion on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Maintain strong client communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle as the primary point of contact.
  • Coordinate internal engineering teams, external vendors, and subcontractors during design, installation, and commissioning phases.
  • Monitor project financials including budgeting, cost tracking, invoicing, and profitability analysis.
  • Ensure systems meet high technical standards and adhere to industry best practices and client requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience managing AV integration projects preferably in a regional or multi-country capacity.
  • Strong understanding of AV systems including video conferencing platforms, AV-over-IP solutions, control systems, audio DSPs, display, and projection technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, project coordination, and client-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP, CTS-D, or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally for project deployments as needed.
