Job Opportunity:

Seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing professional to excel in designing, implementing, and integrating end-to-end sourcing processes with SAP ERP/S4 HANA systems.

The role involves leading the design, configuration, and deployment of sourcing processes (RFx, Auctions, Supplier Management) to streamline procurement operations.

  • Implement and support SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing solutions across projects.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Ariba solutions.
  • Support end-to-end Sourcing projects including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, training, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring smooth integration with ERP systems (SAP ECC / S4 HANA).
  • Conduct workshops, prepare functional documents, and deliver user training.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Guided Sourcing and sourcing modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite, with at least 2+ years in Guided Sourcing.
  • Strong knowledge of Sourcing, Contract Management, and Supplier Lifecycle Performance modules.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration, templates, event creation (RFx, Auctions), and workflows in Guided Sourcing.
  • Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process and integration points.
  • Experience in working with SAP ECC or S/4 HANA integration.
  • Strong communication, client interaction, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certification in SAP Ariba (Sourcing/Procurement) is an added advantage.

  • Knowledge of Ariba Contracts, Ariba Buying & Invoicing.
  • Exposure to upstream & downstream Ariba modules.
