We are seeking an experienced Senior Active Directory Engineer to join our team at INES EIT Services India P. Ltd [Formerly Hewlett Packard Global Soft India P]. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our Active Directory infrastructure.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Active Directory design, implementation, and management in a large, complex environment. They will also possess expertise in Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Azure Active Directory, and Office 365 integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage the Active Directory infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Lead Active Directory projects, including upgrades, migrations, and the integration of new business acquisitions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive Active Directory documentation, including architecture designs, configuration standards, and operational procedures.
- Implement and manage Active Directory security measures, including group policies, access controls, and auditing to protect against unauthorized access and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to support the integration of Active Directory with other systems, such as email, collaboration tools, and identity management solutions.
- Provide expert-level support for Active Directory-related issues, including troubleshooting complex problems and advising on best practices.
- Maintain a strong understanding of DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting.
- Proven experience with Active Directory migrations and upgrades.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead projects and work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., MCSE: Core Infrastructure) are a plus.
Location: Bangalore, India.
