Job Description

This position involves creating campaign lists, extracting data insights, and providing actionable recommendations to support various product suites within OptumHealth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute campaign list pulls for direct marketing efforts and smaller trigger-based programs within the overall contact strategy framework.
  • Use knowledge of customers and data to assist in developing direction and campaign executions that drive up engagement and enrollment into our products.
  • Analyze and interpret needs and requirements of our partners to provide strategic support.
  • Extract and manipulate data by performing database queries that support marketing efforts.
  • Provide clear and actionable insights through data explanation and interpretation to support departmental and business unit needs.
  • Maintain a strategic relationship with business partners and Marketing Managers to develop a deeper understanding of their business and goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience using campaign management tools such as IBM/HCL Unica and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) or Adobe Marketo.
  • Solid working knowledge of SQL to query data in relational databases.
  • Advanced level of Access and Excel.
  • Marketing analysis background with a solid business foundation, especially in campaign generation in the healthcare industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in the healthcare industry.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign.
  • Knowledge of Tableau/PowerBi and Salesforce/ExactTarget email deployment.
