Job Title: Senior Estimator

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced senior estimator to oversee the financial management of our real estate projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating accurate estimates and managing project budgets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive budgeting plans for large-scale residential luxury villa projects.
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of project billing, including verification of completed work, quantity calculations, and invoice preparation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of construction projects.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential cost overruns.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on project finances and progress.

 

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 12 years of experience in estimation and budgeting within the real estate industry.
  2. Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and processes.
  3. Proven track record in managing project billing, preparing contracts, and handling amendments and change orders.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address financial and contractual issues.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
