Job Title: Compliance Manager

This is a challenging role that requires the ability to manage various types of taxation, labour laws and ensure timely compliance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Direct & Indirect Taxation (GST, Income Tax) ensuring accurate returns and payments.
  • Handle Labour Laws compliance, Return Filings, MCA filings, resolutions, Assessments etc.
  • Ensure timely statutory compliance and support audits, reply of notices and attend hearings.
  • Provide tax planning, advisory, and risk management support to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with commercial tax departments and consultants/auditors for tax audit, statutory audit and other reviews.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies for business transactions, vendor/customer contracts, and new business models.
  • Prepare and review monthly and annual tax provisions and tax disclosures in financial statements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in taxation and labour laws.
  • Strong understanding of GST, Income Tax and Labour Laws.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
