Job Description

As a WAF Protection and Management Professional at Hitachi Systems, you will be responsible for performing installation, re-installation, configuration, and upgradation of Managed Security Services, WAF, PIM, DS, and SFTP solutions components in clients' environments during the service period.

You will perform troubleshooting on Managed Security Services, WAF, PIM, DS, and SFTP solution-related issues by analyzing and fine-tuning restricted to technical capabilities provided by OEM. You will also monitor Managed Security Services, WAF, PIM, DS, and SFTP components on a periodic basis and submit reports to clients' teams as and when required or requested.

You will escalate Managed Security Services, WAF, PIM, DS, and SFTP solution-related issues to OEMs' technical support as per clients' support agreements. You will liaise, end-to-end coordinate, and follow-up with OEM technical support based on requirement from client.
