Job Summary

As a Front Office Executive at AccorHotel, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, while also maintaining high standards of customer service at the Reception desk.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain high standards of customer service at the Reception desk
• Motivate and develop the Reception team to ensure smooth functioning of the department
• Provide effective support to the team to enable them to provide effective and efficient services
• Ensure quality and appropriateness of customer service provided

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or any other equivalent qualifications
