Application Development Expert

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong understanding of software development principles and experience in application development using ServiceNow. As an Application Development Expert, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing various components of application code for multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work on multiple clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages and web technologies relevant to ServiceNow.
