Content Manager - Series Development

This role oversees the creation, execution and delivery of series projects. The content manager combines creative vision, strategic execution and audience engagement to ensure series projects align with our brand values and resonate with diverse audiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing content strategies for series projects that align with our brand values and audience preferences.
  • Collaborating with external writers and directors to develop compelling, culturally relevant series scripts.
  • Working closely with marketing and analytics teams to ensure series performance aligns with strategic goals.

Series Strategies Execution:

  • Execute content strategies for series projects.
  • Collaborate with external writers and directors.
  • Work closely with marketing and analytics teams.

Web Series Creative Development:

  • Lead the development process for web series.
  • Provide detailed feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  • Work with writers and creative teams to develop series outlines, episode scripts and season arcs.

Production Oversight:

  • Supervise script development and production processes.
  • Manage timelines budgets and resources.

Team Leadership:

  • Inspire and lead a team of producers directors and creative writing staff.
  • Foster a creative and collaborative work environment.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Industry Networking:

  • Engage with internal departments such as marketing legal and finance.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with key industry players.

User and Market Research:

  • Conduct thorough audience research.
  • Organize pilot testing and focus groups.

Content Performance Responsibilities:

Report regularly on series performance.

Monitor user acquisition and consumption metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in content management or a related role.
  • Must have experience in writing scripts and possess directorial experience.
  • Extensive experience in long format entertainment production.
  • Strong understanding of human emotions cinematic techniques and audience preferences.
  • Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who are locally rooted in Haryana or nearby regions.
