Key Responsibilities

AI & Agentic Workflows

  • Design and implement robust pipelines for semantic search, personalization, and contextual enrichment using leading-edge technologies like RAG and vector databases.
  • Build sophisticated agentic AI workflows using Pinecone, LangChain/LangGraph, and custom orchestration to drive innovation and scalability.
  • Integrate Large Language Model-driven features into production systems, ensuring seamless balance between innovation and efficiency.

Vector Search & Data Intelligence

  • Architect and optimize high-performance vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus) for low-latency retrieval to power data-driven decision making.
  • Work closely with structured/unstructured datasets for embedding, indexing, and enrichment to create value-added solutions.
  • Collaborate with data engineers on ETL/ELT pipelines to prepare data for AI applications, driving successful outcomes.

Collaboration & Agile Delivery

  • Partner with backend and frontend engineers to integrate AI features into user-facing products, fostering effective teamwork and communication.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, standups) to ensure project success and alignment.
  • Maintain clear documentation and support knowledge sharing across the organization to promote a culture of collaboration.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in AI/ML engineering or software engineering with applied AI focus, delivering tangible results.
  • Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus), and LLM integration, showcasing technical expertise.
  • Strong background in Python for AI workflows (embeddings, orchestration, optimization), with a focus on solving complex problems.
  • Familiarity with agentic architectures (LangChain, LangGraph, or similar), demonstrating ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Experience deploying and scaling AI features on cloud environments, ensuring scalable solutions.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork, driving team success.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with embedding models, HuggingFace Transformers, or fine-tuning LLMs, expanding technical horizons.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2), ensuring responsible AI development.
  • Exposure to personalization engines, recommender systems, or conversational AI, exploring innovative applications.
