  • Negotiate with strategic partners, vendors, and suppliers to optimize landed costs and service level agreements.
  • Recruit, mentor, and performance-manage high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

  • Champion customer obsession by leveraging VOC insights to inform product updates and CX enhancements that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to amplify reach and drive business results.

  • Ensure legal and tax compliance, including regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Present quarterly business reviews to senior leadership, highlighting wins, risks, and next bets that drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Tier 1 colleges only (IIMs, XLRI, MDI, ISB etc.).
  • 10-17 years of relevant work experience in Retail industry (FMCG, Retail, Ecommerce).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, data, and problem-solving skills.
