About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .Net Developer to join our dynamic and innovative team on a fully remote, long-term contract basis. As a Senior .Net Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining backend applications and APIs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and APIs using C# and .Net Core.

- Implement and enforce best practices in API security, design patterns, and SOLID principles.

- Utilize the Task Parallel Library (TPL) for efficient parallel programming.

- Work with ORM frameworks, particularly Entity Framework, to interact with databases like Postgres and SQL Server.

- Write and maintain unit tests using xUnit, NUnit, and Moq to ensure code quality and reliability.

- Leverage AWS technologies such as Lambda, SQS, AWS Batch, DynamoDB, RDS, Redis, and CloudWatch for cloud-based application development.

- Collaborate with the DevOps team to integrate tools like Git, SonarLint, DotCover, ReSharper, and Bamboo for continuous integration and code quality monitoring.

- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers to maintain high standards of code quality.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the development lifecycle.

- Continuously stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the application architecture remains modern and efficient.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 5+ years of experience in developing .Net backend applications and APIs using C# and .Net Core.

Technical Skills:

- Strong understanding of API Security, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles.

- Proficient in using the Task Parallel Library (TPL) for asynchronous programming.

- Extensive experience with Entity Framework or other ORM tools.

- Solid experience with relational databases like Postgres and SQL Server.

- Expertise in unit testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, and Moq.

- Hands-on experience with AWS technologies including Lambda, SQS, AWS Batch, DynamoDB, RDS, Redis, and CloudWatch.

- Proficiency with development tools such as Git, SonarLint, DotCover, ReSharper, and continuous integration tools like Bamboo.

Soft Skills:

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a remote environment.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work on time.
