We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Software Developer to join our team at BCE Global Tech. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment.
  • Architect and provide guidance on building end-to-end systems optimized for speed and scale.
  • Work primarily in Terraform, Java, Python, JavaScript, GCP, Azure.
  • Engage with inspiring designers and front-end engineers, and collaborate with leading back-end engineers to create reliable APIs.
  • Collaborate across time zones via Slack, GitHub comments, documents, and frequent videoconferences.

Technology Skills:

(Mandatory)

  • 5+ years of experience in Data governance, Data analytics, development, and Business Analytics.
  • 5+ years of experience working on Collibra Administration, understanding Domains, custom Assert types, tagging, and managing users.
  • 5+ years of experience integrating Data governance GCP (Dataplex) with any distributed systems, for example, Hive, Hadoop, etc.
  • 5+ years of experience in well-versed Terraform module creation for Data governance, like tag templates creation, deletion, Metadata/lineage import into Dataplex.
  • 5+ years of knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries, for example, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery, back-end languages, for example, C#, Java, Python.
  • Familiarity with databases, for example, MySQL, MongoDB, Teradata, Hadoop.
  • Experience in building large-scale software applications.
  • Experience in building web applications.
  • Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience as a Full Stack Software Developer.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with SAFe Agile principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
