SAP Security Operations Lead

Safeguarding the SAP landscape requires a critical role that entails managing security roles, configuring GRC and user access management, troubleshooting authorization issues, supporting day-to-day business operations, and enabling smooth IT project execution.
Key Responsibilities:- GRC configuration
- User access management
- Troubleshooting authorization issues
The incumbent will collaborate with Business teams and auditors to address risks, participate in audit reviews, and ensure compliance standards are met. They will also support SAP upgrade activities, role design for ECC S4HANA, and GRC process improvements that strengthen security posture.
This position demands technical expertise, strong communication, self-starting, and problem-solving skills to balance operational needs with compliance requirements. Key attributes include ability to work independently, think critically, and prioritize tasks effectively.
