Project Delivery Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive high-quality software delivery as a Project Delivery Lead. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Web Development technologies like .NET, JAVA, PHP, Node, Angular, React, Ruby on Rails etc. and 4+ years of experience in Project management.

The key responsibilities include executing the project plan, delivering quality software, assessing the situation, making changes in the team, processes, and project execution plan to ensure successful delivery, setting up the right expectations with the delivery team, product team, and stakeholders, being aware of project status/progress reports, determining if the project is on track, keeping stakeholders (Unit Lead, Product teams, Client Services) informed.

Key areas of focus for this role include finding technology patterns and development practices to speed up the development process, understanding the domain/functional understanding, overall project goal, explaining it to team members, timely code, design, and functional review of the project, providing early feedback/course correction to the team, creating a base framework, design, or flow chart for critical functionalities to help team members understand them quickly.
