Job Description

Our organization is seeking an experienced and skilled Internal Audit Manager to lead our internal audit reviews across all areas of the business.

The key roles and responsibilities of this position include:

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of business risks, processes, and internal control within the organization
  • Finalize review scope under the guidance of supervision and stakeholders
  • Conduct process walkthroughs to understand processes and document them in a clear and concise manner
  • Identify controls and develop comprehensive audit programs, flow charts, and risk control matrices
  • Test controls based on agreed plans and timelines
  • Ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to overall project timelines
  • Discuss review queries with management and stakeholders
  • Prepare high-quality working papers and draft reports
  • Participate in quarterly IA Audit Committee presentations to provide insights and recommendations
  • Monitor open audit observations and ensure their timely resolution

Qualifications & Experience

A Chartered Accountant/MBA with 5-7 years of experience in financial services or a related field is required for this role. Strong knowledge of MS Office and internal audit software is also essential.
