Growth Automation Specialist

We're building the world's first Autonomous AI CMO — AI agents that help marketers run high-ROI campaigns without needing data science, engineering, or agencies.

As a Growth Automation Specialist, you'll own our GTM automation stack and bring engineering discipline to sales & marketing. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building automation pipelines for prospecting, lead enrichment, and outreach (Python + tools like n8n/Zapier).
  • Integrating AI APIs (LLMs, embeddings, classifiers) into GTM workflows for personalization & lead scoring.
  • Automating discovery + engagement on various channels.
  • Cleaning & modeling data to support ICP design, segmentation, and growth analytics.
  • Rapidly experimenting with growth hacks → prototype, measure, iterate.

What You'll Do

You'll have direct ownership of Niti's GTM automation stack, impacting pipeline, SQLs, and revenue. With mentorship from founders, you'll grow into a Head of Growth Engineering / AI Automation Lead role. Strong performers may be offered full-time roles. Apply: [careers@niti.ai
