Job Overview

We seek an accomplished professional to lead our finance and accounts department, responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial reporting and leading a large team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain robust chart of accounts management and implement accounting systems effectively.
  • Collaborate with banking leadership to ensure compliance, efficiency, and innovation in all financial processes.
  • Ensure timely completion of all financial activities and reporting.
  • Design, review, and maintain the bank's chart of accounts to meet evolving business and regulatory requirements.
  • Comply with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and internal controls. Lead audit preparation and respond to regulatory queries.
  • Build, coach, and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering performance and continuous improvement.
Technical Requirements
  • Strong working knowledge of core banking platforms (Finacle, Flexcube) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
  • Advanced MS Excel skills are essential.

  • Exceptional ability to lead large teams, drive change, and influence at the executive level.

Excellent communication and analytical skills, strong adherence to ethics and integrity required.
