Financial Planning Role Overview:

We seek a detail-oriented and passion-driven FP&A professional to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will be involved in data analysis and converting raw data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing operational plans (monthly/quarterly/annual) based on business metrics.
  • Budget and plan fixed costs based on inputs from Business Heads and the overall Annual Operating Plan.
  • Timely and accurate reporting of all business transactions related to fixed costs, including provisions, unit economics, and month-of-month trend analysis.
  • Support the General Ledger team in preparing monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports by ensuring timely book closure and sharing relevant schedules for Employee costs and Other Technology costs & reconciliations.
  • Review overall Profit & Loss (P&L) for different business segments, identify key movements in relation to critical costs, and highlight them to relevant stakeholders.
  • Review reports and reconciliations prepared by finance executives and share data for Segment reporting with other internal finance team members.
  • Collaborate with Business Teams for cost negotiation data inputs and Legal Teams for reviewing agreements with external partners.
