About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Detailed production scheduling to ensure level loading based on resource bottleneck and drive site S&OP commitment adherence to support product demand
  2. Material requirement planning based on annual budget and material lead times
  3. Co-ordination with SNP team for Demand fluctuations and changes in the plan
  4. Weekly Review with Ops team for last week Actuals and update the next week schedule
  5. Conducting weekly site S&OE call on plan vs Actuals along with key challenges
  6. Finalizing the supply plan considering the GMP requirement and revenue maximization
  7. Co-ordination with Manufacturing, Quality control, Quality assurance & Warehouse for RMPPM/SFG release
  8. Co-ordination with CMOs on Third party manufacturing for RMPPM material transfer
  9. Managing End-to-End Supply Planning by maintaining the optimal inventory across the Value Chain
  10. Preparation & Publishing of Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly performance dashboards (Manufacturing & Batch release)
  11. Follow Inventory management methods to optimize inventory and timely Order fulfilment
  12. Material Requirement Planning:
  13. Develop material plans based on rolling forecasts and production schedules.
  14. Monitor demand fluctuations and adjust material requirements accordingly.
  15. Collate the BOM from production and review the actual consumption against the demand
  16. Stakeholder Communication:
  17. Conduct weekly meetings with relevant stakeholders (e.g., production, procurement) to discuss material availability and quality release.
  18. Ensure alignment between material plans and production schedules.
  19. Inventory Analysis:
  20. Regularly assess inventory levels for raw materials
  21. Track inventory against established safety stock levels
  22. Purchase Requisition Process:
  23. Raise purchase requisitions based on material requirements.
  24. Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely material procurement.
  25. Receipt Schedule Development:
  26. Create receipt schedules for incoming materials.
  27. Share schedules with the procurement team to facilitate timely deliveries.
  28. Inventory Optimization:
  29. Identify non-moving, slow-moving, or ageing inventory.
  30. Take appropriate actions (e.g., liquidation, reclassification) to optimize inventory levels.
