Job Opportunity for a Skilled Software Professional

A key role exists for a Staff Engineer who can lead and support the development of high-quality software solutions using Java.

Key Responsibilities
  • Code Quality - Writing and reviewing great quality code to meet functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Understanding client needs and analyzing project requirements to envision overall solutions.
  • Design Methodologies - Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets to enable application development.
  • Leading/supporting UAT and production roll-outs, creating and validating WBS, and estimating effort.
  • Addressing issues promptly, providing constructive feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement.
Technical Requirements
  • Strong working experience with Java (Java 8 and Java 17+), Spring Boot, Spring Web Flux, and microservices-based architecture.
  • Proficient in Docker and Kubernetes with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or equivalent.
  • Strong database skills with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Couchbase.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) in a production setting.
  • Familiar with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Postman.
  • Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, service-to-service communication, and asynchronous processing.
  • Experience with application monitoring tools such as Splunk and New Relic.
