Job Title: Data Engineer

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our data engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data systems and architectures. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and engineers to ensure the smooth operation of our data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data systems and architectures using various technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL databases, and cloud-based services.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to understand business requirements and design data solutions that meet those needs.
- Develop and implement data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into our data warehouse or data lake.
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in data engineering with a focus on big data technologies, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, Scala, or C++.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of cloud-based services such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex data-related issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
