Job Description:

Our company is seeking a skilled Verint specialist to support our global data centers, private hosted cloud, and on-premise locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in WFO technologies, server components, desktop applications, and telephony integrations.

The successful candidate will design, build, deploy, and configure WFO platforms in multiple environments, including global data centers, private hosted cloud, and on-premise locations. They will consult with clients to extract business requirements and possess a strong command of WFO technologies.

Key responsibilities include developing and reviewing best practice implementation processes, participating in on-call rotation, and communicating project status to stakeholders. The candidate will also provide technical support for hardware and operating system problems, perform training for customers on WFO server maintenance, and PC client loading.

Requirements include Verint Work Force Optimization Certification, minimum 5 years of technical experience with Windows and Active Directory system administration, and strong experience with WFO, PBX, Dialer, ACD, CTI, VoIP, IVR/VRU, and Call Center practices.

Preferred qualifications include knowledge of Work Force Management or Analytics, VMware knowledge, and knowledge of Apache web servers and SSL certificates.
