We build Consumer Tech for Financial Infrastructure stack to provide curated versions of embedded banking in the payment ecosystem. Our platform enables Corporates, Banks, FinTechs, Retail Companies, and Start-ups to launch their own banking services or financial products.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Test Lead to join our team. As a high-impact and high-visibility role, you will partner with senior leaders to deliver incredible value to the business.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Hands-on manual testing along with test plan implementation and execution.
  • Complete ownership of planning, designing, developing, implementing, and executing test scenarios, test cases, and automation scripts across multiple product development pods.
  • Providing long-term solutions for test automation, including a roadmap, identifying right tools, frameworks, approaches, strategies, and best practices.
  • Leading and mentoring SDETs and QA team members.
  • Measuring and reporting test automation & quality metrics to identify trends and proactively solve problems.
  • Collaborating with various functions to drive quality engineering initiatives across the organization.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A thorough understanding of different types of SDLC, experience with the testing process throughout all phases, and validate the traceability matrix.
  • Expertise in Databases like PostgreSQL and Mongo DB, and very good in SQL & NoSQL queries.
  • Expertise in Mobile (Android & iOS) app automation using Appium, TestNG, API automation using Postman, RestAssured, and Web application automation using Selenium, and TestNG.
  • Experience in using any one of the cloud-based testing tools like BrowserStack, and LamdaTest.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading automation efforts on large-scale software product development.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies and understanding of sprint ceremonies.
  • Expertise in designing & executing performance & load testing using tools like JMeter.
  • Proven experience in CICD (Jenkins preferably).
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with leaders and peers across various functions within the organization.
  • Great understanding of Microservices, and RESTful architecture.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • 4-7 years of designing & building various test automation frameworks for end-to-end testing, including web applications, services, and mobile apps (Android / iOS).
  • Demonstrated test architect skills.
  • Experience working on multiple projects in parallel.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to work closely with business analysts/SME's.
  • Continuous improvement mindset in team and project interactions.
  • Experience in chairing testing demos.
  • Excellent presentation skills.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary range for this position is ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
