We are looking for a skilled Flutter developer to fill the position of cross-platform application engineer.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and maintaining applications using Flutter, ensuring high-quality results across platforms.

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable cross-platform applications using Flutter (mobile and web).
  • Implement state management using Provider for effective scalability.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver new features and improvements.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance across platforms.
  • Evaluate accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA standards) for web and mobile applications.
About the Position

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 3–4 years of professional experience as a Flutter Developer.
  • Proven experience in Flutter Web development.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Provider for state management.
  • Solid understanding of Flutter architecture, widgets, and rendering pipeline.
  • Experience integrating REST APIs and working with JSON data.
  • Good knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile workflows.

We prefer candidates with additional skills in:

  • Building animations and smooth UI transitions in Flutter.
  • Awareness of Accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.1 AA).
  • Familiarity with performance optimization and app lifecycle management.
