About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Contract Administrator to join our team. As a Service Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for creating service contracts in our system management system based on signed contract quotes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating service contracts in the system management system based on signed contract quotes.
  • Adding agreed contract features relevant for appropriate services execution, pricing, and billing information.
  • Connecting the correct Installed Base Product.
  • Reneving contracts based on signed quotes or renewing contracts based on the original quote in case of silent renewal agreements with customers.
  • Ending contracts upon request from customers or per internal reasons.
  • Creating contract amounts via credit notes if necessary.

How We Work Together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least three days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in our facilities, while field roles are most effectively done outside of our main facilities, generally at customer or supplier locations.
