Advanced eDiscovery Project Manager Role

Our team is seeking an experienced Advanced eDiscovery Project Manager to lead the execution of complex projects. This role requires expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in industry-standard platforms such as Relativity and iConect is essential for success in this role.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and manage resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement workflows for review, breach review, and QC processes, working closely with team leaders.
  • Perform QA on batches released by team members, identify error trends, and create remedial actions to ensure project quality.
  • Work collaboratively with team leaders to resolve queries and provide technical guidance as needed.
  • Manage hourly productivity metrics and perform QA on reviewed data to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Must be a licensed attorney with at least 1+ years of experience as an APM.
  • Total eDiscovery experience of at least 4+ years required.
  • Strong legal support and technical background necessary.
  • Technical skills including SharePoint, Advanced Excel required.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts as per project requirements.
