Job Title: Sprint Operations Manager

About the Role

This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of engineering sprints, ensuring alignment with both client timelines and product objectives.

The individual will drive Agile rigor, manage dependencies across squads, and ensure delivery is on-time, within scope, and audit-ready.

A strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and release workflows is required, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and facilitate sprint ceremonies across squads-planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, grooming, and reviews.
  • Track sprint progress, maintain burn-down charts, and ensure sprint deliverables are met.
  • Drive release readiness reviews, ensuring code freeze, QA sign-off, and documentation are complete.
  • Maintain a centralized release calendar across engineering and product teams.
Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

7+ years of experience in technical delivery coordination, program management, or Agile operations.

Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools, hands-on experience managing cross-functional sprint and release cycles.

Success Metrics

100% adherence to planned sprint and release timelines.

Reduction in release-related incidents or delays.
