Job Title:

Senior Machine Learning Strategist

Job Summary:

We seek a seasoned machine learning professional to spearhead the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI/ML solutions for video analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver high-quality AI/ML solutions for video analytics.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Oversee the end-to-end development and deployment of machine learning models in a production environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI/ML solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML research, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of total experience, with 6+ years in developing and deploying machine learning models.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing and mentoring a team of machine learning engineers.
  • Strong programming skills in C++ and at least one other relevant language such as Python.
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries and SDKs.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and MLOps practices.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with developing AI/ML solutions for video analytics or surveillance systems.
  • Knowledge of video streaming protocols and codecs.
  • Experience with real-time analytics and edge computing.
