About the Role

This is a high-impact role that requires a strong vision for our brand's identity and user experience. We are looking for an expert designer who can drive consistency across all touchpoints and translate product requirements into intuitive and seamless experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system that includes visual guidelines, component libraries, and motion specs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to audit existing assets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet business objectives and user needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize feature development and ensure timely delivery of design assets.
  • Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices in design thinking, user research, and accessibility.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in a senior or lead design capacity, with a focus on brand identity, UX/UI, and motion design.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and related tools.
  • A portfolio showcasing end-to-end brand identity projects, responsive web & native mobile UI/UX work, and live motion/animation pieces.
  • Deep knowledge of interaction patterns, accessibility (WCAG 2.1), typography, colour theory, and brand strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and justify them with data and business goals.
