Job Title: Senior Officer

DesignTree LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Officer to join our team. As a Senior Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining product quality, enforcing SOP adherence, and overseeing audits to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all plant processes, from production to maintenance, are aligned with SOPs, maintaining consistency.
  • Regularly monitor and ensure production and maintenance teams strictly follow SOPs and their checklists, identifying gaps and implementing improvements as needed.
  • Conduct regular internal audits of production and maintenance schedules to verify compliance, spot inefficiencies, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Lead and manage ISO certification processes, ensuring the plant meets all necessary compliance standards, and maintain all related documents.
  • Work closely with departments to identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance quality, reduce errors, and optimize operations.
Requirements:
  • Experience in quality management and auditing processes.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and certification requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with production, maintenance, and management teams.
