**Job Title:** Java Developer Lead

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, with expertise in multithreading, Spring Boot, and microservices.

 

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable and efficient Java applications
  • Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards
  • Develop RESTful APIs using Java and associated technologies like Portlets, Tomcat, Hibernate, and Spring MVC
  • Implement robust and maintainable database solutions using JDBC and ORM technologies like JPA and Hibernate
  • Unit test and integrate code

 

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in engineering or relevant field
  • 3-12 years of relevant experience in Java development
  • Strong hands-on experience in multithreading, Spring Boot, and microservices
  • Proficient in Java and Java EE, with expertise in associated technologies
  • Knowledge of HTTP fundamentals, API integrations, and authentication methods
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms and design patterns
