Job Title: Field Officer

A dynamic and skilled professional is required to collect and process insurance-related documents from clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting multiple hospitals daily, assisting patients in filling out insurance forms, and maintaining accurate records of all data.

  • Filling out insurance application forms, claim forms, and other related documents with accuracy and precision.
  • Daily hospital visits to assist patients in completing insurance forms for a leading pharmaceutical company, maintaining comprehensive records of all data.
  • Verifying and cross-checking client information for correctness and completeness to ensure seamless processing.
  • Collecting and organizing necessary supporting documents from clients to facilitate efficient processing.
  • Maintaining precise records of submitted forms and tracking their status for effective management.
  • Collaborating with clients, agents, or the insurance company to resolve discrepancies or missing information to meet expectations.
  • Ensuring that all forms are completed in compliance with insurance company requirements and regulatory guidelines for optimal results.
  • Assisting with data entry and updating client information in the company database/CRM system for streamlined operations.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive client information at all times.
  • Meeting productivity and accuracy targets on a daily and weekly basis for consistent performance.

Requirements:

  • A graduate with prior experience in insurance, data entry, or form processing is highly advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy for exceptional work quality.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English and Local Language for effective collaboration.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications & MS Office for efficient workflow.
  • The ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills for successful task execution.
