We are looking for a skilled Interior Designer to join our team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in creating detailed blueprints, layouts, and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related design software. They should be able to develop high-quality technical drawings and design documentation to support accurate execution by contractors and vendors.

The selected candidate will translate client requirements into visual concepts that clearly communicate the design intent and functionality. They will maintain organized design files and ensure all documentation is updated throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, read, and modify detailed blueprints, layouts, and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related design software.
  • Develop high-quality technical drawings and design documentation to support accurate execution by contractors and vendors.
  • Translate client requirements into visual concepts that clearly communicate the design intent and functionality.
  • Maintain organized design files and ensure all documentation is updated throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless integration of all design elements.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineering / Industrial Design (Master's preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and related design visualization software.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in architectural/interior design, project coordination, or related field.
