Job Opportunity

The primary function of this role is to analyze revenue growth strategies for all business revenue streams. Adherence to Revenue Management standards; specific review and measurement of business performance against established goals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze short- and long-term forecasting, trends in inventory levels & rates, occupancy, targets, product lines, and strategic sales objectives.
  • Analyze and monitor marketing channels, key accounts, and production to ensure rate parity.
  • Review future bookings, evaluate trends, and update distribution channels as needed.
  • Develop region-specific strategies to drive growth, establish benchmarks, and measure performance.
  • Monitor competition through various channels, identify selling strategies, and emerging trends.
  • Explore market mix variations to stimulate additional revenue without increasing costs.
  • Maintain software programs contributing to revenue management, implement tools, and document action plans.
  • Foster a culture of Revenue Management throughout departments.
  • Develop succession planning for Revenue Management talent.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Detailed knowledge of hospitality sales, marketing, and revenue management functions, including research, planning, market positioning, market segments, internal marketing, distribution channels, sales management, reservations, and yield management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, organizational skills, proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to analyze operational, financial, and marketing data to maintain and improve market share/penetration goals.
